1. The service

NoSignPlay provides free browser games and explanatory content without player accounts. Features may be corrected, changed, or removed to improve reliability, safety, licensing, or policy compliance.

2. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, manipulate advertising interactions, copy protected site assets for redistribution, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

3. Game outcomes

Games are for casual entertainment and practice. Scores, simulated cards, and quiz results have no cash value and do not award prizes. Card and casino-style titles use practice points only and do not accept wagers or payments.

4. Intellectual property

NoSignPlay’s original code, writing, branding, and artwork are protected by applicable law. Third-party names may appear only to identify traditional games, factual subjects, or compatible licensed sources. Report a rights concern through the contact page.

5. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep games accurate and functional but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every browser behaves identically. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, medical, financial, or gambling advice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NoSignPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the free service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
