Two large verdict controls for direct taps

On a narrow phone screen, True and False become a single vertical pair beneath the evidence docket. Each enamel control stays at least 58 pixels tall, with a visible number, full verdict label, and state text. The cream statement area keeps a minimum height for stable reading, while its subject label and three verification stamps remain inside the docket. The five-field Case, Claim, Score, Streak, and Time display compresses without hiding the current state or creating page-level horizontal scrolling.

Feedback does not depend on hover

True uses verified green and False uses correction coral, but color is not the only signal: every control retains its written verdict, keyboard number, and result label. A Source Note adds a bright brass outline to the suggested answer, a correct result gains a stronger verification treatment, and a wrong result is visibly subdued before the explanation appears in the status line. The original analog-meter artwork stays behind opaque controls as atmosphere only; no statement, score, timer, stamp, or action is baked into the image.

The full bureau report works in portrait

Mobile play keeps the same 60 curated claims, three levels, four five-claim cases, three shared stamps, level-based clocks, limited Source Notes, explanation text, scoring, pause, restart, and optional fullscreen as desktop. The complete route needs only direct taps. It does not require dragging, swiping, typing, a camera, microphone, physical keyboard, account, opponent, or multiplayer setup.
