Keyboard controls cover the entire course

Press 1-4 or A-D to choose a visible answer lane directly. Arrow keys move among lanes that have not been eliminated, while Space or Enter activates the focused answer. N or H spends a Pace Note, P or Escape pauses or resumes an active leg clock, and R restarts the selected pace with a fresh order. Difficulty selectors, Restart, Rules, and the shared Fullscreen control remain ordinary focusable buttons around the game surface, so the complete interaction path does not require a pointer.

Fullscreen preserves the sports timing hierarchy

The Fullscreen control expands the Trivia Marathon title, five-field HUD, cream question card, category and pace labels, three water-bottle lives, cinder-track progress rail, four answer lanes, Pace Note, Pause, feedback strip, and keyboard-help line without changing a rule. Focus uses a thick mint outline; Pace Note support uses mint; correct answers use green; mistakes use red; and eliminated lanes remain visibly dimmed while leaving the arrow-key focus cycle. Long proper names and explanations wrap inside stable responsive containers instead of being clipped.

A complete single-player keyboard route

The keyboard can start every leg, answer all twenty questions, spend notes, pause, resume, move focus, restart, and switch pace. Pointer and touch input remain equivalent before and after fullscreen. Fullscreen changes presentation size only; it does not enable live trivia, voice answers, user-submitted questions, accounts, opponents, room links, chat, matchmaking, multiplayer, prizes, or a leaderboard. The fixed question pools, scoring, timing, explanations, and run state remain local to the current browser page.
