Four timed gallery wings

The Curator's Studio divides a full run into four wings of five questions. Easy provides 82 seconds per wing, medium 72, and hard 62. The countdown waits until the first answer or Curator Clue, stops between wings, and resets before the next set of five. That pacing supports a quick visual-culture challenge without allowing one slow opening question to consume the entire twenty-question session.

Balance frame seals, clues, and streak scoring

Three frame seals cover the whole exhibition. A wrong answer removes one seal, deducts points, breaks the current streak, and stays visibly rejected for that question. Easy supplies four Curator Clues, medium three, and hard two. A clue outlines the correct exhibition label for 1.6 seconds without selecting it and applies a small score cost. Correct answers combine a base award, remaining time, and a growing streak bonus; clearing a wing adds another time-based reward.

Pause and restart keep the challenge fair

P, Escape, or the Pause button freezes an active gallery clock without changing the question, choices, lives, hints, or score. Resume continues from the same second. R or the shared Restart control creates a fresh order at the selected level, and changing difficulty begins a new exhibition with its matching clock and clue limit. All timing and state transitions run locally in the browser. There are no live opponents, room codes, accounts, chat, matchmaking, or multiplayer leaderboards.
